Our thanks goes out to the observant fellow who wrote to point out a gross error we published concerning the totals for the Christian Heritage Party. He writes:
"I got curious about the local election result breakdown
so I looked it up on your site......and promptly had the living shit scared out
of me! I went to Elections Canada to confirm and.............
The CHP did not get 14374 votes. If we had that many raving
fundamentalists in Oxford we'd have to establish a hunting season to cull the
herd.
The actual number is 1434. Please adjust before some unsuspecting victim reads
it and has a heart attack. :)"
