Brush one side of a tortilla shell with Pot Butter then place the shell, butter side down, onto a large, pre-heated fry pan (med-high heat). Wait until tortilla starts to bubble. Reduce heat to medium, add cheese and any other fillings such as tomatoes, peppers, or onions to cover half of the tortilla. Sprinkle with Ground & Brown Bud. Fold tortilla in half & flip. Cook until browned on both sides. Cut and serve with salsa or ranch
