Captive Bead Rings

Captive bead rings are measured by the inside diameter of the ring.

Straight barbells are measured by the linear length between the balls.

Banana Barbells

Curved or banana barbells, are measured in a straight line between the balls on the inside of the curve. Measuring the distance between the top and bottom holes of your piercing will determine the length you need.

Circular barbells get their size from the inside diameter of the ring similar to captive bead rings.

Doorknocker Barbells

Like straight barbells, doorknockers and jackhammers are sized according to the linear length of the bar between the two balls.

Tunnels size is the diameter of the spool.

Pinchers are measured on the inside diameter just as with a captive ring.

The size of a stainless steel plug is the distance between the grommet grooves while acrylic plugs are measured from end to end.

Labrets are measured from the disk to the ball along the length of the bar.

Septum spike is measured by the length of the bar between the spikes.

Lippy Loops come in one size with many end variations. Consult the measurements to determine if a Lippy Loop will fit your labret piercing.
