We set another record! Jim received the highest amount of votes for an independent across the province! You Guys Rock! Keep on Voting & eventually Oxford will break free of it's conservative mold! Thank you for your votes!

When you visit the polls on Election Day you will be given two ballots. One for voting for a candidate in the general election, the other will ask you to consider which electoral system Ontario should use to elect members to the provincial legislature. |
Be clear on your choices, visit Elections Ontario for information on the referendum and how to vote, where to vote & how to register. If you have not yet registered to vote, visit 20 Huron St. Woodstock between Tim Hortons & Rogers Video. |

Have you ever hear the old adage, " You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time."
This is precisely the answer to our question. As an Independent Jim Bender has the ability to approach parliament on side with the our community's majority on any issue. An Independent, such as James does not have to "Tow the Party Line", and is FREE to represent the views of our community in a democratic fashion. Regular, open meetings at each of our town halls would be a means of collecting the ideas and opinions of our diversely united society.
Please Do Not Vote... Until you have familiarized yourself with the positions your candidates represent.
