This is Woodstock...

Woodstock population 35,480, is a city in Oxford County in southwestern Ontario Canada. Woodstock is located about 125 km southwest of Toronto off the 401, along the Thames River. Known as the Dairy Capital of Canada Woodstock promotes itself as "The Friendly City."
Woodstock was settled in 1800 with the earliest settlers being American immigrants from New York. Immigration from Great Britain followed in the 1820s and 1830s. Woodstock was incorporated as a town in 1851 and a city in 1901.
