Farewell Anne, although we will all miss you sadly, we are all comforted by the knowledge that your long suffering has come to an end. The disease that took your life at the young age of 48 robbed you of your independence, but not your dignity. It was an honour and a privilege to be by your side in your final hours. We love you Anne and you will live on in our hearts and minds forever!
